I have a customer that wanted to purchase license from us, Is there a method to transfer the license to them. Also they are already singed up with iRidium and I could not use their email to invite them. When I invite them, I first get "The user is not found". Then I send Invite by email and I get "This email is already used".

The license must be stored in your personal Cabinet. The client does not need to have an account on the website.

If it is already registered on our website, we can delete his account so you can invite him for the project. To do this, send to us his e-mail.
