I bought site license pro. Can I tranfer device license pro?

I have bought site license pro Global Cache but my customer have few panels . I don't active Site license pro. So can I transfer to 5 device license pro?

If you didn't activate the Site license you can change it to device licenses with help of our managers. You have to send the license key you want to change to our email as a private message and we'll send the Device licenses back to you
