Dear Patrick,
1. If the PC or tablet goes into the Sleep mode - there is no interaction with the external world. It's not a problem, it's how the OS works.
2. We test the application in the 24-hour mode. If there are problems with the network, then disconnection is possible. But usually everything works fine. We examine and fix possible problems. So please write to us if you find any. We cannot anticipate all possible problems.
Sincerely yours,
Olga Ermakova

Dear Patrick,
You can set up for the tablet not to go into the Sleep mode only in the settings of the tablet. In iRidium you can add a screensaver page which will show black background until the app is activated. The same cn be done on PC.

Dear Sir,
We don't know why your syslog server saves data like this. Maybe it's standard work of your server. Try another one.
You can change the logging level only through the device system menu. It cannot be done remotely.

Dear Sir,
The quantity of the data which comes to the log depends on the driver used and the settings of logging in scripts.
It is possible the user's app closes because the script is implemented incorrectly and the device ram memory cannot be freed. But there also might be other reasons.
Please send us the example of the log and we'll check.
You can select the log level in the client logging settings (system settings).
