base64, MD5, SHA1 encoding decoding

Hi,

It would be useful and no doubt be faster when there is encoding and decoding methods (base64, MD5 and SHA1 ) added to the IR object.

IR.CalculateHash(IR.HASH_SHA512, "Test"));
