Francesco Zangara 10 years ago in i2 Control V2.2 updated by Ekaterina (head of support) 10 years ago 9
Good day All,
This week one of our customers has reported that the iridium on his ipad continues to close.
I tried to replicate the problem in our office without success.
I tried to install iridium with the project that has problems on pc. the iridium is not closed and logs reported no errors.

activating remote debugging on the iPad and connecting to a syslog on a nas (Synology), I found 1000 files in 30 minutes. this is completaly unreadable. where am I wrong?

someone has encountered the same problem with debugging a ipad?

Dear Francesco,

We don't see the file you attached. If it's more than 20Mb please upload it on some file manager (GoogleDrive) and send us the link.

Dear Sir,

The quantity of the data which comes to the log depends on the driver used and the settings of logging in scripts.
It is possible the user's app closes because the script is implemented incorrectly and the device ram memory cannot be freed. But there also might be other reasons.
Please send us the example of the log and we'll check.
You can select the log level in the client logging settings (system settings).

Good day Olga,
I have 1000 files with 1 log and not 1 file with 1000 log on syslog server. Why?
In any case I try reduce log level. I can set this without physical access to iPad?
Answered
Dear Sir,

We don't know why your syslog server saves data like this. Maybe it's standard work of your server. Try another one.

You can change the logging level only through the device system menu. It cannot be done remotely.

Good day Olga,
The project is a file of 30MB, I sent the link to download it to technical support.
If you do not see the email check the SPAM folder.

Can you check it?

Kind Regards,
Zangara
