Opportunity to change design (or skin) of the GUI editor

It would be great to have the opportunity to change design (or skin) of the GUI editor. Maybe I'm conservative, but I really don't like working in a programme with black windows & menu and white text. Of course, this design is modern and up-to-date, but I understood that it's inconvinient for me after 2 hours of work. I think there are more people like me. And it'll be great if there's Russian language support. It is a native language for the developers after all))
