Value of resistance of a list seems to be ignored
The value of the resistance of a list (and static list) seems to be ignored.
According to the wiki the resistance could be a value between 0 and 100.
I can't see any difference when I set the resistance to 5, 50, 100 or whatever.
Tested on iPad and in emulator on version 2.2.2

Hello Oksana,
The test project as an attachment. I see some reaction when the 'swipe' is released, lower resistance will make the list stop scrolling later. I remember in earlier versions that the list was also less responsive when you gave it a higher resistance.
When you had a high resistance, you need to swipe longer to move the list.
Thank you,
Benno
