I tried to get an H.264 encoder MV-E1002 (hdmi ip encoder) from www.mine.com.cn to work but have had no luck. I can get it to work with VLC.
http://admin:admin@192.168.10.168:80/hdmi
Also tried
rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.10.168:554/hdmi

Hello!
Try adding in camera settings the following line:
rtsp_transport=tcp;
And use this link: rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.10.168:554/hdmi
