My company is a HDL installer. No, my company don't have a project on Bacnet at the moment.
We had monitoring status of chillers using BACNET protocol and SCADA in a project. However, programming of SCADA is complex and expensive.
I notice that Iridium have an easy configuration.
I think that Iridium Lite could be applied for monitoring bacnet objects of chillers systems and controlling HDL devices.
