Cannot download project from cloud!

I upgraded my clients lisence from i2 to i3. I send invitation to i3 to my client and when i log to i3 pro I can see the project in left menu in cloud tab. When i press DOWNLOAD i3 Pro just shuts down and notting happends! Is this also new iOS related problem??

I also have i2 Control in that iPad but i do not want to delete it if i3 Pro wont work!
