I can't open version 2 GUI Editor

I can't open version 2 GUI Editor, it says Convert2.dll is missing, I tried to re-install, but installer also fails, saying Error opening file for writing

Hi Mark,
Here is the file; copy it to the \program files (x86)\iridium mobile2 folder.
