Not a bug

i3 Pro for MacOS

Theo Derks - NL (distributor) 8 years ago in Applications / i3 Pro updated by Aleksandr Romanov (CTO) 8 years ago 8

Hi,

Our installers are testing i3 Pro for MacOS.

In fact, everything is running, and VERY fast!

One thing until now: the startup-screen is displayed not correctly. For this reason, it's very difficult to enter email+password when logging in the Emulator...

Please fix, and let's continue testing!

Thanks

Theo

Not a bug

Theo, we do not have an application for MacOS ... no development plans for the release of MacOS

Oh, that's strange!

Then tell me how it's possible we have an alpha/beta-version, if you don't have an application for MacOS...Very funny...

Anyway: please fix the bug (because it's a bug). If you can't find the software package on your own server: no panic, i can sent it to you.

Our customers need it, and have already tested it (you know this). This 'not a bug' is reported by them (our installer).

Thanks!

Theo

Nothing strange))) We were asked to test the "ability to work" on MacOS. For this alpha version has been created. This does not mean the automatic addition to the development plan. Fact: in development plan of this version is not present, we will not correct the error as long as there is no decision to support this version in the release (you can discuss this with the sales department)

+1

I say create it for MacOS, i've got multiple customers asking for this.

Then I would advice to remove any remark in the marketing materials as they do contain remarks about OSX. I'm new to iRidium, but I really though OSX was a supported client based on the documentation.

Example: http://www.iridiummobile.net/upload/marketing_materials/Brochure%20about%20iRidium%20for%20End-Users.pdf

You gave an example of marketing materials for version 2.2, which was to support the client OSX. The new materials don't have such references.
