Problem with AV & Custom Systems (HTTP) Driver

I have Axis Network Camera and I am trying to control it with http commands.

In browser commands are working fine:

http://username:password@192.168.100.13/axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?rpan=10&camera=1

I created AV & Custom Systems (HTTP) Driver in iridium:

Host: 192.168.100.13

Port: 80

Login: username

Password: password

Commands:

    - AV Control Command

       * Type: GET

       * URI: /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?rpan=10&camera=1

Command should be sended when i push button but nothing is happening.

Any idea to fix this?
