Tools, Default panels sizes

Hi,


When using the function Tools, Default panels sizes, the Studio tries to re-arrange a panel, called Blocks.


Please remove this line with code; it has no value.

Hello!


This panel was planned to be used for schemes, so it is included in the editor. But while the scheme to the end are not implemented, we hid this panel. But since we have not removed it at all, the Studio is also trying to align her. But after the align, the Studio is hided this panel.
