Why can you not add a button in your project with IR.ShowSystemMenu();? Or you want this button with "Open system menu" in a start-project in i2 control.
Please, give us more info.

In GUI Editor 2.1.2.16841 (released), GUI Editor 2.2.3.17855 (released) and in Studio 18111 - it works the same - Items are moved on 10px
