зайдите в настройки проекта и в разделе App Settings поставьте галочку Custom и укажите координаты, на которых должно располагаться окно эмулятора

В версии 2.2 не реализована команда для смены параметров сипа. Она работает начиная с версии 3

Проверил на версии i3 pro. Параметры меняются. Проверять так: Запускайте эмулятор-> нажимайте F8->сервисный пароль 2007-> переходите в раздел Device-> увидите таблицу с полями вашего драйвера. В полях отображаются новые значения. Проверьте у себя

The problem happened because you changed rights for end user after the end user downloaded his project. 

For now the end user have to: 

1) Quit his project; 

2) Delete the project; 

3) Download the project again. 

After the 3 steps the end user will be able to see the right settings changes.

Thank you for the topic. We have plans to fix the problem so end user don't have to re-download his project.
