Hello!
I think that it is better to ask this question to the equipment manufacturer. Because Iridium only takes what has come from the equipment. But what does this error mean, only knows the equipment manufacturer
Is it possible to connect to you via TeamViewer?

Hello!
Could you send a screenshot of the network settings in Iridium and in your program? What kind of port is changed in your program? As i understand the local port is changing?
Hello!
Please make sure that you have the same time and date on your computer and on the server.
Hello!
I think we tried all possible decision. Unfortunately, without the device, we do not understand what could be the reason. If you had the opportunity to send the device to our office, we would have found what could be the reason.
It is possible that on this device is blocked port, which is used to search for panels in "Transfer"
Try manual to add panel in the Transfer. To do this, open the system menu of i2control and go to the info tab.
In the Transfer click on the button "Add panel" and enter the HWID of the panel.
After that the panel should appear in the list.
Then try to load the project to the panel via Transfer.
Have you tried to control the channel directly from the control panel without any involvement of the server?
Hello!
Are you sure that you have correctly programmed the desired channels in ETS?
Open your project in the ETS and see what type you set up for the desired channel. Maybe you set up a 1bit type for a channel which you trying to read.
