Hello
You can have access to devices as with any KNX IP router, i.e. any application that works with the KNX protocol will have access.
There is no open API for access via TCP, but it can be implemented by yourself based on the TCP Server driver

When you use i3lite version of the server, the web interface is not available and all settings are made only from the application. Please, use Config -> Server section in i3lite app
The web interface is used only with version i3pro.
