Problem with audio for windows with new SIP driver commands and feedbacks in studio

There are some new SIP driver commands and feedbacks added in the new studio software.

I now got a problem with the audio connection to windows where this worked good in the older 2.2 software.

Is there some demoproject or manual where this new commands and feedbacks are explained?

Please use this project. Here you can turn on different options to increase sound quality. (open the sound settings when calling or before, in driver settings)

Please upgrade all iRIdium components to the latest version from our web site.

The problem that i encounter is that i'm using an windows PC as an maincentral for intercom.

I don't get the audio from the windows pc now, in the log it is giving the next error:

is it also allready possible to send video over the SIP protocol with the new IR.camera API?

This error is related to a device for sound input. Check whether you have the sound from the microphone on the computer. Try to change the sound quality in your microphone settings.

Yes also. Now no audio in windows client iridium 3.0. And no audio or mic in SIP windows client Iridium 3.0

what is the problem here ? If the audio samples and SIP audio does not work in Iridium Client 3.0 . I can not sell projects . It is very important that this be resolved quickly.

Yes , we have tried all microphone settings. But we also get no sound from the speaker of the PC. if I call from ipad to PC then you do not hear sample Ringing.wav . When I record , there is no voice audio from ipad to PC. If we do the same from ipad to ipad do everything works well .

Next Thursday we will continue with this project. I can see if I can send a video you can see it. I can also send the project and what we have created.

Dmitry, do you have sound in i3 Pro for Windows or not? Can you add sound to a button or not?

Here is it not working on 4 different PC's and laptops, and with i2 Control ít's no problem...

With iRidium 1.0.3, SIP driver work. But Audio quality is terrible. I try with my and your demo project.

Anyone have try it with an touchpanel/iPad (speakerphone) and an doorstation intercom?


I try same device and same doorstation with other softphone (Vasercontrol for iOS and Zoiper for windows) and I have best result...


I must make special settings on your driver?

With iRidium 1.0.4, I have a good audio quality. But sometime, usually at first call after an application restart, SIP driver not send the calling request. I need do call, hangup and recall.

With iRidium i3Pro 1.0.7, problem is fixed.

вроде работает, но надо понять что за ошибка.


Столкнулся с такой же ошибкой на Mobotix. Звонки с домофона проходят нормально, при звонке на домофон периодически появляется эта ошибка (в момент возникновения ошибки при повторном наборе соединение сбрасывается при ответе на звонок, если удаётся соединиться - нет звука), через некоторое время снова работает нормально, до звонка на домофон с клиентского приложения.

Есть ли решение?

Попробуйте обновить версию приложения, у нас эта ошибка при работе с Mobotix не проявляется - все звонки проходят без проблем.

После обновления в логах иногда появляется, но работает стабильно.

Хочу сказать, шта с помощью тестового проекта по сип соединению, в моем случае с моботиксом, выявлено ужасное качество звука привключении любой из улучшалок. Выключив все - получил хорошее качество при одностороннем звуке - от камеры к панели. Остальное еще не пробовал
