A basic config file for WinSyslog that works :) Basic montoring.cfg

I changed to use a different Syslog server as the example listed in the wiki keeps crashing

- I suggest using http://www.winsyslog.com, here is a basic monitoring File Basic montoring.cfg to import into Monitorware Agent to get the monitoring happening and so you can see it in

a. the Interactive Syslog viewer:

b. Write it to a file (you will need to set the location of the file):

- This is the information Olga said to set on the iRidium i2 Control System Menu | Info- essential or nothing will work!

Hi Ekaterina

Looking forward to V3!

Thanks :)

I was just checking the original version and it seems ok, you can see the Sonos app in blue and iRidium in green, confirming the details are correct:

However, I did find it flicks between the album name and track name when changing songs, but should end up on track name:

Album = Away from the sun

Track = I feel you

I guess the next thing would be to install the Sonos app if you have not already, and re-build your Sonos library.

Hi

I fixed this a long time ago, but don't recall exactly where sorry

In the GUI check that where you want the track to display, that gui item is called 'Track'

Here is where to look in the Javascript and make sure you have the following:

1. Sonos_main - look for

  track:      "Sonos:main.Track",

2. Sonos_control - check the following

about line 395:
track = GetItem(gui.track);
artist = GetItem(gui.artist);
album = GetItem(gui.album);
art = GetItem(gui.cover);
about line 1571:
if(group && group.parent == this)
{
track.Text = l_track;
artist.Text = l_artist;
album.Text = l_album;

about line 1685:
        track.Text = xml2["dc:title"];

For those who need, the reply from Global Cache with an iHelp to roll back

"We have been made aware of the issue with iRidium. I am attaching a file with iHelp 4.6. You can use this to "Update Device" in the right-click menu. That will regress the firmware and webpage of the device to the previous -14 firmware. We are working on an updated version to allow iRidium compatibility."

iHelp (1).exe

Thanks Theo, this is a major issue for me as we use Windows PC's and touchscreens in most jobs.

Eg

1. Add weather locations. PC restarts due to Windows updates. The weather locations are no longer there (the program looks faulty to the user)

2. Use project tokens in a scheduling script where the user can enable/disable, change the start times etc. The PC restarts. All the users' changes are not saved. Again we look stupid.

3. We are storing data in project tokens in a commercial site to send email later in the day. The PC restarts. The data is gone. We look incompetent!

Please ask people VOTE TO FIX THIS!

Hi

I have only ever used this on iOS and it works fine (just checked)

Then I tried it on Android with the same project and it does not download.

A bug for Andriod? I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5 (android 5.0.1) and tried also on Samsung Galaxy S6 (android 5.1.1)

QRCode works fine with Android
