Нет, порт изменить нельзя. Эта функциональность не планируется.

Мы все тесты проводим именно на этой сборке, поэтому гарантировать корректную работу на других дистрибутивах затруднительно. Ставить/удалять компоненты - у нас этой задачи нет. Скорее наоборот: поставил из коробки - все работает.
