Crestron developer said me that you should enter the CTP value to telnet port (more detailed information is here http://wiki2.iridiummobile.net/Crestron). Please, try to change the value and tell us if it helps.
Firstly you need to enter in telnet field 41795 value.
Also did you use Crestron SIMPL to program your controller? There you will setup IP ID for a panel. The parameter is needed in i3 lite (you have "20" value for the parameter right now).

I will ask co-workers who have worked with Crestron maybe there is something more to setup. I will give to you some advices soon.

Возможно у вас оказался сторонний файл hdl.db.
Попробуйте заменить этот файл тем, что я приложил к этому письму (эта же база данных у вас будет если установить последнюю версию студии с сайта).
Если это не поможет, то произведите поиск hdl.db файла по всей системе и удалите этот файл если он хранится в других местах, кроме папки иридиум студии.

We need to specify some details to avoid a misunderstanding:
1) For now we have static type "1 bit" and send value 1 on button press. You need possibility to send value 0 since your IR emitter recognizes 0 value.
2) For now you can't send a scene number type value. You need to have possibility to specify that because your IR emitter recognizes such commands.
I guess we need also specify value for scene number that can be in interval from 0 to 63.
Is everything correct?

About import: no, for now this is not possible to make import in i3 lite. But we are planning to implement it soon. It should be availble in about a month.
