Hi Ekaterina,
Something similar to the unused items or All relations button. So an line with a font name and then a list of popups and pages using the font. Keep it simple.

Thanks,

Roger
HI Ekaterna,

That's just it, it seems as though this is happening when project is initialized. The box symbol is appearing before that value is received from bus. Normally you see 0.0, instead there is an box. The values coming from the bus are correct in ETS group monitor. If I read the temperature group address whilst the box symbol is showing it will not update. Have to restart the app for it to work.

Thanks,

Roger

Hi, the save dialog is there to show you that the project is being saved. Given that saving can sometimes take time, its there to keep you informed that the save is still in progress. If you are adding and removing a lot of graphical images in your projects, what may help with the save time is to use the delete unused items button. This can remove any graphic images which are contained in the project and not being used any graphical item. http://wiki2.iridiummobile.net/Creating_the_Graphic_Part_of_iRidium_Projects#Optimization_of_the_Project_Graphic_Part

Hi, I thought that https images are not supported, only through http
Menu_with_timeout.irpz

Hi, you can use a popup and in the object properties set the lifetime to 10000. See updated project.
Hi Oksana,

Think of this as upload and forget.  When you have a house with a project that has to be uploaded to 10 ipads, at present it takes 5 minutes an iPad.  That's 50 minutes of wasted time, just to get the project installed in that home. The person starting the upload on the iPad has to wait by the ipad until he sees that the downloading has reached 100% before moving onto the next iPad.  Because we cannot see in the app that it was successful.

The point is the message should be more clear show in the transfer app, when 100% of the project has been uploaded that simply says "project upload complete".  When the transfer is interrupted for what ever reason then a message should appear, "project upload failed".

Thanks,

Roger

Hi Oksana,

You can reproduce this, because it happens EVERY time you upload a project to an panel it happens.

1. Transfer a project from the GUI editor to the Transfer app.
2. Minimize the transfer app.
2. Select your panel (ipad) where this project will upload.
3. Ask someone to help you.
4. Give them your panel (iPad) and tell them to go into another room in your office.
5. Shout out to your helper,  please restart the i2 Control app.  Half way through the upload ask them to power off the iPad.
6. Wait.... and then maximize the transfer app.

Can you now see if the transfer was successful??

The point here is that there is no way to know that the transfer has been completed successfully.  A disconnect message in the log in not enough information.  The panel disconnected but did the project upload?  You can't tell.

You have to stand and wait by the iPad to confirm the project updated.  This wastes time.

Thanks,

Roger
Hi,

I understand this, there should be a minimum time, since I have seen that sometimes the timeouts execute  between 10 and 50 even though I specified 100 or higher

This is more apparent when there are more drivers in the project.

Thanks,

Roger
Hi,

It WORK's when sending to an broadcast address using the windows emulator client.  SO port settings and BIOS settings are irrelevant in this situation. It does not work with IOS clients WHY?

Thanks,

Roger
