When I installed i2Control app, I see that all HWID is changed. Why?

is it possible to integrate this and so,

what are the type and feedback relations I have to use?

How do I get or set the value of a button?


I know there is a property "Text", there is "Value"? Not found anywhere and did not work in my tests.


Example text:
IR.GetItem ("PageName"). GetItem ("ItemName"). Text = "Text Item";


Example Value:
"IR.GetItem ("PageName"). GetItem ("ItemName"). Value = item";

If one will try to assign 2 images (from internet by url) to 2 different states of one UI item, there will be an error!

For example:

IR.GetPage("Page 1").GetItem("Test").GetState(1).Image = "http://some.site/second.jpg";
IR.GetPage("Page 1").GetItem("Test").GetState(0).Image = "http://some.site/first.jpg";

than both states (0 and 1) will be with "first.jpg" image.

If that one will try:

IR.GetPage("Page 1").GetItem("Test").GetState(0).Image = "http://some.site/first.jpg";
IR.GetPage("Page 1").GetItem("Test").GetState(1).Image = "http://some.site/second.jpg";

than both states (0 and 1) will be with "second.jpg" image.

I have a project made for Myhome.
But when i put a dimmer-light on with a inwall mounted pushbutton i don't get feedback on my tablet?
Anybody know how it comes?
When i put a light on without dimmer the feedback works fine.

i think many, many installers have had problems with the update to 2.2.3 the last weeks.
This was a very bad situation, and not very good for our reputation.


My idea is the next:
Make it possible to save the HWID that is used in the i2 Control. --> save the 'history' of used HWID's in the project file, (like a system-token). If the i2 Control is discovering the HWID is changed, give the user a warning, but don't DE-ACTIVATE the license!!! The end-user can call his installer with the warning: "Help, my app is warning me the HWID is changed'; and the installer has some time (for example 1 week) to fix this problem.

2 advantages: the user can continue to control his smart-house, and the installer can schedule an appointment to fix the problem and change the license.

It's a safe solution, because the HWID can only change locally, inside the project; so mis-use is (in my opinion) not possible.

Hi,

Take a look at the following project.  Run it….

The script refers to two popups from which only one exists in the project.

When the scripts runs, I would expect  "    var full = parent.GetItem(path[1]);" would generate an exception given that path[1]  doesn't contain anything when used against the beginpage variable.  Instead the full variable is assigned null.

The IR.GetPopup should generate an exception for the nextpage variable.  Given that we assigning an popup that doesn't exist in the project.
