Request to embed web pages
This is a standard feature in CBus, and has been requested several times. HomeGate and Schedule Plus both support embedding of iFrames.
We lost a quote to a mine in Western Australia as we could not show a webpage where the mine would update the data regularly to display to users
More recently we have been requested to embed http://www.quasar.co.nz/energy-management-software.html from Schneider Electric into an app.
Thanks

Sorting channels and pages in the tree
It would be good to have variants for sorting the list of channels and other editor lists (by alphabet, creation date, channel number, etc.)

Wanted: GUI Editor option to disable Shift-Click item cloning

Shift-Click on an item in GUI editor creates a clone of that item.
This is not suitable for people (like me) used to work in environments such as Windows or Google Docs where Shift-Click means multi-selection.
Because the Shift-Click clones an item without clear visual feedback (the new item overlaps the old one and looks identical), it may happen that you create a number of "cloned ghost items" in your project without noticing it.
I have seen such ghost items in projects created by other people, too.
I will not suggest to change the behaviour of Shift-Click in GUI Editor, because some users are probably OK with it.
But for us who will never get used to it, I suggest to implement a simple checkbox option in the GUI editor:
"Disable Shift-Click cloning". When this is checked, Shift-Click would do nothing.

Hello everyone,
If we will not add this option, BUT item will be not cloned, if you don't move an item?
For example:
Shift + click to item + don't move - nothing happened
Shift + click to item + move item -> you move a new cloned item
Will this solving fix your problem?
Sincerely yours,

Token with name of Wifi-connection

Hi,
At this moment we can check with Wifi-Token a panel is connected by Wifi or 3G.
But installer has the question: can we show with WHICH Wifi-network we are connected? In other words: to show the NAME of the connected WiFi?
This is to prevent errors: if the end-user is connecting the iPad or iPhone to another Wifi-network, it's possible the iRidium client is not working anymore, because the wrong IP-range is selected. With this new option (name of wifi) installer can check: is the panel connected with the right network with all home automation? if not --> give a warning like: "You connected to the wrong Wifi-network; please select the network 'xxxx' to connect to your home automation system".
Thanks
Theo

Websockets support
Sooner are later most devices will turn to this technology. For example, Plex already have a websockets client for their media server. It would be great if iRidium could support websockets protocol natively. I know with a bit of work it can be done in iRidium script. It would easier if this coded in as a new custom device.

HWID changes, demo license invalidated
the HWID keeps changing for me on multiple devices.
I use a demo license for my laptop, phone and iPad and all of them have changed multiple times now.
This happens every time i update an app and just now it happened for my iPad without any identifiable reason. I did install the old (non v2.2) version as well a while ago because i read this helps but it doesn't.
What can we do to manage this?

Hi,
It would be great if we have a possibility to disable the scrolling in a list. So the user cannot scroll by swiping the list up and down.
But scrolling the list from script should be possible all the time.
This way we can use the list as an 'container' to put some gui elements in by script.
Thanks
