We have moved our support service to a new technical support system. Since 17.01.2022, we have disabled the ability to create appeals through the userecho personal account. Now all requests are processed via mail to support@iridi.com .

Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day.

Email/SMTP traps

Allan Kowsky 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Vladimir Ovchinnikov (expert) 6 jaar geleden 5

Hello, I have an Hikvision NVR and would like to get the motion detect from the Ip cameras to trigger light, ect. It is possible to send an Email or send Events via SMTP from the NVR. So the question is, is it possible to receive Emails/SMTP traps in iridiummobile UMC Server?

sendEx does send requests sequential

Benno Evers 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Aleksandr Romanov (CTO) 6 jaar geleden 1

Hi,

I've seen sendEx does send requests sequential. So one after another. It waits on a response or timeout before it goes on with the next request it has in queue. Setting the flag 'disable queue' gives the same behaviour. Is there a way to avoid this? A webserver normally can handle multiple requests.

In my particular project it takes about 10 seconds before all statusses are received when starting iRidium, this can easily put down to 3 seconds or something when we can do requests in parallel.

Best way to integrate Z-wave

Kopren 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door fredrikml 5 jaar geleden 16

Hello,

I am having a HDL system with IRidium server installed. But I also need a few z-wave devices in my house:

- Sensative strips for door/window status

- Danalock or August lock

The idea is for these to give current status to iRidium and to let iRidium control the door lock (and other devices) according to scene or command.

As I understand, iRidium has js for Vera and Fibaro.

What is the best (and "shortest) way to get this working?

Tanks!

Press a button and image slides out

Mantas Jasiulis 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Aleksandr Romanov (CTO) 5 jaar geleden 2

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to make a button in my Iridium project (blinds/shutters) that when you press on it, an image of blinds in the home plan (autocad drawing inserted in iridium) slides from one side of the window to the other side and the ammount is proportional to the blind position feedback in %. Maybe someone could share ideas how to make it?

Thank you.

What happens when computer running i3lite Server malfunctions?

Govinda Raja 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Aleksandr Romanov (CTO) 6 jaar geleden 7

I have a project in i3lite implemented with KNX BAOS hardware without server and it is working perfectly fine. In order to implement voice integration I am planning to implement i3lite Server running on a windows computer.

1. What happens if the computer shutdown or malfunctions? Will the project continue to work through the BAOS KNX gateway without any changes?

Good (working) example for controlling RGBW (including visualize feedback)

Theo Derks - NL (distributor) 6 jaar geleden in Tips and Tricks bijgewerkt door Iain Brew 6 jaar geleden 2

Hi,

RGBW is more and more popular. We need a good example how to control RGB+W to (for example) KNX. Including the possibility to visualize the selected (active) color (RGB + W) into (for example) a button or picture.

Can you create such an example, or update one of the existing examples? Including some documentation in the used Javascript, so installers undestand what is done in JS?

Thanks!

Helvar Query Load Level

Manos 6 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Aleksandr Romanov (CTO) 6 jaar geleden 3

Hello every one,

I am trying to query the load level from a led lamp which has the ID 1 on Dali subnet 1. I have a single cluster network and one 905 Router. The Routers' IP is x.x.x.20 and has one Dali subnet.  I am using the Helvar TCP driver to do so. I can call sceenes and set direct values to the light but cant get the feedback.

On the Iridium-Helvar Driver Settup Guide there are the following parameters:

Cluster    1...253

Router     1...254

Subnet    1...4

Device    1...255

Can anyone explain the meaning of these parameters and how the settings for the input channel will have to be for my case?

Regards,
